PRODUCTION LINE
The double-coating printing production line uses a mature double-coat double-bake substrate coating and precision printing process. It’s
suitable for building decoration, ceiling wall panels, interior and exterior wall finishes, aluminum honeycomb panels, high-end furniture
printed aluminum panels, and various decorative aluminum materials. It offers a wide variety of styles and applications. The production
line is highly automated and runs stably, with printing textures that are clear and realistic, high color saturation, uniform adhesion, high
yield, strong durability, and resistance to weather and scratches, meeting the large-scale, high-quality production needs of various highend printed aluminum sheets.
Optional process parameters for the production line: line speed: 20-60m/min, width: 800-2000 (1300-2800)mm, sheet/thickness: 0.7-1.0
(0.2-4.0)mm. The main materials are aluminum and aluminum alloys.
